The management team of the wonderful family-run Breton UK asked us to help them develop the skills of staff members, allowing them to take on more responsibility whilst stream-lining processes within the organisation, which meant that even though they have more responsibility they had less tasks and their roles became more interesting and rewarding as they learnt new skills. This allowed the management team time to work on developing the company and as a result they have launched a spares and parts division, with on-line selling facilities, a sister company selling ancillary equipment and expanded their engineering section.
