Calandine Lifts were using Sage 50 to provide invoicing and basic financial information, however we implemented systems that enabled them to manage the large amount of repeat work. They had service, testing and maintenance contracts that had to be scheduled at regular intervals to ensure their customers were legally compliant. It was therefore essential that none were missed and renewal dates were flagged. We deployed Sage to help accomplish this as well as automating the large volume of invoices each month. Manadatory reporting to major customers was produced using Sage and forecasting was introduced.
The project included full training for relevant personnel, development of reporting tools and more detailed Management Information.
